When Manasa was asked to give a brief introduction about herself, we heard nothing but Germany and how she owes a lot of her learnings and skills to the time she lived there. No no, we are not complaining, we have an awesome writer because of that.

 

Just like our Managing Director aka engineer, who realized sooner or later about his love for filmmaking, Manasa is a medical doctor and is currently pursuing her MA in Psychology who has numerous skills with writing being her passion. (And yayy! We don’t have to spend on doctor consultations). She considers herself a healer, conducts online meditation and yoga classes. Oh yes, that is why she’s known as the all-time Zen person at Pushpak Talkies. 

 

Not to leave the film side of her – she has been part of an award-winning polish documentary ‘Scars’ while she was in Germany, has worked as a Production Designer for an episode of a web series produced by Ram Gopal Varma and is currently working on a novella for pre-teens which is soon to be published. Now you know, what we meant by having ‘numerous skills’. 

 

Manasa has a fetish for fiction, mythology and fantasy as a genre. Listening to stories and narrating them are her most favourite things to do when she is not seen meditating. It would be too modest to not mention that Manasa wrote her first novel at the age of 13 (Thank god it didn’t get published!). Need we say more? We have a rockstar as the CEO and Writer of Pushpak Talkies and we are loving it.
